Skywind Exposes Fraudulent Activities in In Touch Games Acquisition
Skywind, a well-known gaming company, is currently embroiled in a legal battle to reverse its £51 million acquisition of In Touch Games (ITG) following allegations of fraud and misrepresentation. The dispute revolves around a suspicious “Super-User Code” and claims of regulatory misrepresentation by ITG’s former owners.
Skywind’s Allegations
In a revised claim filed on 9 May 2025, Skywind revealed that a code modification in ITG’s system on 16 July 2021 led to the automatic deletion of all records of activity associated with customer document images. Skywind alleges that this code was designed to conceal fraudulent activities, including the RSM Audit Fraud. The company also accuses ITG’s sellers, Simon Wilson and Yu-Lin Wilson, of providing false warranties in the sale agreement.
This is not the first legal dispute between Skywind and ITG. In 2024, Skywind claimed it was deceived into a multimillion-dollar acquisition that turned out to be worthless.
Discovery of Forged Documents
Skywind’s claim also highlights the discovery of forged documents by Micolas Burton, a former ITG corporate development manager. Burton found fake bank statements, payslips, and driving licenses during an audit, leading to suspicions of fraudulent activities within ITG. System logs revealed a surge in image deletions with no corresponding entries, indicating the use of the controversial “Super-User Code” to cover tracks.
